Students meet Real Estate e.V. (SMRE) is a student-led organization connecting ambitious students with professionals and companies in the real estate industry. With a network of 250+ members and 50+ partner companies, SMRE serves as a platform for career access, industry exposure, and professional development.

As Co-President (2nd Chairman), I was responsible for leading and scaling the organization, ensuring both member engagement and partner value creation.

Key responsibilities included serving as Co-President of a network of 250+ members and 50+ partner companies, with ownership of recruiting, IT systems, and financial management. I drove strategic growth and engagement initiatives, strengthening collaboration between students and real estate professionals while improving operational efficiency and internal structure.

On the execution side, I built and improved internal systems across recruiting, IT, and finance, managed relationships with corporate partners to align expectations and value creation, and ensured consistent execution of events, collaborations, and member initiatives.

My leadership approach focused on structured execution and accountability — building systems instead of relying on ad-hoc processes, balancing student experience with partner expectations, and taking ownership of outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment.

This role required operating at the intersection of strategy and execution — managing a complex network while maintaining high standards of delivery. It reflects the ability to lead organizations (not just projects), handle responsibility at scale, and translate strategy into consistent, high-quality execution.
